It’s again proven: I suck at doing this regularly. I only have this blog for not even 2 months and I screwed it up. But since I’m back from Croatia I didn’t had the energy to write anything. Not because of BHS (which I explained in a previous blog), but because I had to work.
After one day of relaxing and sleeping all day, I had to get up at 5. 30 in the morning and head to work. It was a easy office job, doing all the boring little things no one likes to do. But I got paid good, so that’s all I went for 😀
Croatia was amazing! Sun, sea and fun. Great people and super cool activities. Made some really cool friends and pictures there 😉 and of course Souvenir Shopping! I love buying souvenirs. But it was really had to find good things, because it was a very touristic place, so there were some many identical shops, all with the same stuff. But I managed :p
Well that was a little update of what’s been going on the last 3 weeks of my life, nothing interesting actually. But hey, it’s something.
Moving on to some favorites!! yay!!
This first one I already mentioned… The Maze Runner by James Dasher.
I’m sure by now everybody has heard of it! When I previously posted about it, I just read the first book of the trilogy. And even then I couldn’t even explain how much I loved it. But now I’ve read all 3 three of them and just started in the prequel “The Kill Order“. Those are the most amazing books I’ve read, honestly! When I was reading the second book “The Scorch“, I couldn’t stop reading. I started around noon and I couldn’t stop till I was completely finished, that was at 4;30 AM. His books are full of plot twist, you just HAVE TO KNOW what coming next. I can’t believe how addicted I was, just to know what was about to happen. Every free moment in Croatia I was reading, on the train to work, and back. And now I finally gonna know how and what exactly happened all those years before Thomas and Teresa, before the Maze. What happened when the Sun Flares happened!! EXCITED 😀
Next up are CLOTHES!
Every girl has 2 problems:
1. Nothing to wear
2. No room for all the clothes
Being a girl is hard, I know 🙁
So today I went on a short shopping trip with my lil sis and my mom. We didn’t do much stores, but in every store we walked into, I bought something 😀 In Belgium we don’t have those fancy popular shops, like Forever 21 or Berska, in every city 🙁 So orI have to take a 2 hour train ride to the only city that has a forever 21 and Steve Madden in Belgium. Or I stick to the chain shops, like H&M, C&A, … No offence or anything, because I’ve been really loving them now, especially H&M. There are so many pretty clothes there at the moment. Gosh, I couldn’t decide, at first. Of course I did, eventually 🙂 Let me show you 😉
My new favorite colour… Ochre!!! I love autumn colours!
And, of course, coffe and pancakes, or it just isn’t really complete 😉
This aren’t all the clothes I bought, but the other picures weren’t that good ;( I don’t have a fancy camera, just my phone 🙂
I think I’m gonna wear my ochre top and new shoes to my little music class reunion. That will be interesting, though. Or it could be super fun and amazing, loads of talking or it could sooo awkward :s Let’s see! I haven’t seen them in 2 or 3 years!!! 😮 DOUBLE EXCITED!!
