Recently I’ve been watching a lot of lifestyle videos on YouTube about healthy meals and little fun and easy work outs. And because it is summer and I leave for vacation in a couple week, I thought I might be a good idea to get a bit in shape and stop eating fat food.
This breakfast idea I saw in loads of this kind of videos. OATMEAL! I had never eaten oat meal in my life, so I had no idea if I was going to like it. But you never know, til you try it.
So this morning I when the grocery store and bought a box of oatmeal, strawberries, blackberries and a bunch of grapes. Of course washed all the fruits and cut the strawberries in quarters.
I bought the original oatmeal from Quaker
The oatmeal can be prepared in 3 ways:
1. cook 180 ml milk and add the oatmeal gradually. let it cook 2 minutes more.
2. Add 180 ml milk to the oatmeal and stir. put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Add, 180 ml milk and a bit water to the oatmeal and stir.
To make this breakfast idea complete, add the fruit and enjoy your healthy start of the day 😀
