Recipe time! It’s time to get creative! This week I made a super easy, but delicious meal. And I would love to share it with you all! If you suck at cooking, this might be something for you!
Couscous with chicken, paprika, tomatoes and spinach
ingredients (recipe for 2pers)
- 1 mug couscous
- 3 paprika
- 1 chicken breast
- cherry tomatoes
- a bag of spinach
- chicken of vegetable bouillon
- paprika spice
How to create this lovely dish
Little trick: to know how much water to use, take dubble the measurements of the couscous. Here that will be 2 mugs
Let the water boil and add the bouillon. When the water boil, add the couscous and turn of the heat.
When all the water in absorbed, your couscous is ready
Cut the chicken into small pieces and season them with pepper, salt and paprika spices.
Throw them on a pan and bake ’till ready.
Cut the 3 paprika in slices (of squares) and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Take out a pan and bake the paprika and the spinach together. (if you’re not familiar with spinach, take a lot, it shrinks).
If you like warm tomatoes, you can add the tomatoes to the mix as well.
Put them all together, et voila, you have a meal that looks really impressive. But is actually the easiest thing ever. Don’t show it to your parents, because they’ll want you to cook more at home.
